|General Terms and Conditions|
|To sign up please forward the fully filled in enrolment form. The student status will only be considered valid after having been acknowledged by the school or an authorised representative.|
|A deposit must be paid immediately after the receiving of the confirmation by letter or email into our bank account and will be balanced against the total amount due.|
|The remaining balance must be paid latest 4 weeks before the course beginns.|
|2. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION AND REFUND||The course fee is that which appears on the price list valid at the time of application. The participant must meet the cost of bank charges for the payment of course fees.
If the deposit is not paid in time, the participant has no right of reservation.
In case of refund, the cancellation must be sent by registered mail, fax or email.
In case of a withdrawal up to 4 weeks before the beginning of a course, we refund all payments except a processing fee of 50 euro (+ visa supporting fee if needed).
If the cancellation occurs within the three weeks preceding the beginning of the course, your deposit will not be reimbursed.
If the cancellation occurs after the beginning of the course, no amount will be refunded.
The school is not liable should it be prevented by force-majeure from providing its services. If a student has to interrupt his stay, he has no claim to any compensation.
|3. ACCOMMODATION||Accomodation will be availabe from 16.00/4 p.m. onwards one day prior to the beginning of the course, until 12.00 p.m. the day after the end of the course.
If the participant cannot reach the accommodation on the prearranged day of arrival, he should notify the school or the host family immediately. We cannot guarantee accommodation for the first night to those who arrive later than 20.00 hours.
The school reserves the right to change the arrangements from a double room to a single one should it be necessary (no extra charge), and charge an extra amount for maintenance expenses (cleaning, electricity and breakage) when necessary, owing to misuse on part of the occupiers.
The school places students in single or double rooms in either shared flats, student residence or with host families. No preference concerning the type of accommodation can be guaranteed. If private accommodation with breakfast, and especially with half board, is reserved, the meals provide a reflection of local tastes, and therefore the school cannot guarantee that the food provided will necessarily suit all palates.
If a participant causes any damage, for which the school is held liable, the institute is entitled to reimbursement by the participant.
|4. INSURANCE||The school will not insure the students, nor will it accept reponsibility in case of an accident or theft during any activity or excursion organised by the school. Please enquire in your own country about the proceedings regarding personal insurance.
Medical insurance: If you are from the EU, Social Security in your country will give you an E-111 form. With this document you are covered for any health problems without having to pay anything, except dentists.
|5. VISA||If you need to apply for a visa to make a Spanish language course, you should contact the Spanish / Argentinian, etc. Embassy or Consulate in your country. They will informate you about the requirements you have to meet.
In some countries you will be requested to prove that you already have Spanish knowledge. Besides that it is requested to pay the entire language course(s) in advance. If a visa is granted, you will have to attend classes regularly. Please note that you have to sign up for at least 20 hours per week.
One of the many requirements for the granting of a student visa is the school enrolment confirmation. We will send you this confirmation upon receipt of your enrolment and payment.
During 48 hours you will receive a provisionally confirmation and the number of our account to realize the payment of your course. As soon as we receive your payment, we will send you an official confirmation. With this confirmation you can request your visa at the embassy / consulate.
Please note: At least you have to apply 8 weeks before starting your Spanish language course.
We cannot guarantee the granting of a student visa or influence the outcome or duration of your visa application. In case your visa will not be granted, please send us a copy of the negative reply given by the Embassy and we will refund your payment minus (depending on the school) 100-150 EUR of administration costs.

|6. FURTHER CONDITIONS||The minimum age required for an individual enrolment into a course for adults is 17. There is no minimum age limit for supervised groups, nor maximum age limit for enrolment.
Whenever there is less than three persons per course, the school reserves the right to reduce the number of teaching hours.
There are no classes on bank holidays.
The school reserves the right to expel any student whose behaviour could disrupt the normal activities during ongoing classes.
|As a service provider, Español.pro / Idiomas.pro® is at your disposal for any questions, wishes, or problems concerning your language stay before your arrival.
The corresponding language school is the organiser and therefore it has to make sure that everything concerning your language stay runs smoothly once you arrive and start your course.
